Partners, Sponsors and Exhibitors

During the conference there will be a 4-day exhibition in the main hall in Louis De Geer Conference Centre, 3–6 May. The Exhibition area is very flexible and conference participants will pass through it on entry to the conference and will mingle in this area during coffee breaks. A standard exhibition stand, including 6 square metres of floor space, a table and basic electrical supply, will cost € 500. Included in the price is also the possibility to display the exhibit during the co-located event Visual Forum taking place on May 3rd.

Invitation to exhibit

The EG 2010 sponsorship program offers possibilities to contribute to the conference and create visibility for sponsoring organisations. The list of sponsorship items contains social events such as dinners. lunches and coffee breaks as well as specific conference items to be handed out to participants. We also offer the possibility to host sponsored Tech Talks on company related topics in areas of interest to conference participants.
